Shipping Error Support: How to Document Issues for Faster ResolutionUpdated a month ago

If you encounter an issue with your Docking Drawer order—whether it’s incorrect products, missing items, or damage during shipping—we’re here to help. To quickly resolve shipping issues, we’ll need some key photos to help us investigate what went wrong and coordinate with the appropriate teams.

Photos to Provide for Shipping Issues

  1. Shipping Label

    • Take a clear photo of the shipping label from the package. This helps us verify the delivery details.

  2. Sidemarking Label (for Direct Website Orders)

    • If your order was placed directly through our website, capture the sidemarking label.
    • This label tells us what was ordered, which warehouse fulfilled it, and which storefront processed the order.
    • Note: Some units may not have a sidemarking label.

  3. Product Sticker

    • A photo of the product sticker on the received item confirms what product was actually shipped to you.

  4. Outlet Configuration

    • Double-check the contents inside the box. Take a photo to show that the outlet or product matches (or doesn’t match) what was ordered.

  5. Photo of the Specific Issue

    • Capture the exact issueyou encountered. This could be:
      • A scratched cover plate
      • Incorrect outlet received
      • Damaged arms, frayed cords, or any other defects

Why These Photos Are Important

These photos help us understand the root of the problem—whether it’s a shipping error, incorrect fulfillment, or product defect—so we can take the right steps to correct it. The more details you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue.
