Docking Drawer wants you to be happy with your order. If an item is eligible for exchange or return, here are our guidelines for managing the process.

Make an Exchange

Exchanges are managed as a return followed by a purchase.

Start a Return

Returns must be in a re-saleable condition, and the process is managed through our return portal and follows each product's return policy. In all cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

Start a return by clicking on the button below. Enter the order number and your email address to receive return shipping instructions. If you purchased from Amazon, Lowes, or Houzz, please initiate your return with them under their return policy.
