1. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS by default unless a different shipping partner (typically USPS) is selected during checkout.
2. Processing Time
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping timelines start with the confirmation email. If you haven’t received your order within the shipping timeline, please email [email protected] and include your name, order number, and tracking number so we can look into it for you.
🇺🇸 United States (Domestic Shipping): All orders received by 12PM PT are processed and shipped the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

🌎 International:
- International Standard: 2-4 weeks

3. International Fees
The price you see for all Docking Drawer products includes any applicable tariff costs—there are no hidden fees or surprise charges related to tariffs.
International shipping costs do include Duties and Customs Fees.
International shipping costs do not include taxes such as VAT in the UK and Europe. In most cases, the local shipping company will submit a request to the recipient for VAT fees.
4. Order Cancellations
After you submit your order, processing begins, and it cannot be canceled. If you have questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
5. Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. However, we are not responsible for a shipping provider’s delay.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
