1. Shipping Options

2. Processing Time and Shipping
All online orders are processed within 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and tracking number so we can look into it for you.
After your order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
We attempt to provide Product descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, depictions, colors, dimensions, ingredient lists, or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
If a Product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to exchange or return the Product. You may start the return process here [return portal]. We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the fulfillment date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Docking Drawer does not cover return shipping costs. If you made your purchase from Amazon, Lowes, Build.com or Houzz, please initiate your return with them under their return policy.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can address the issue.
We will notify you once your return is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. However, we are not responsible for the shipping provider’s delay.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
