Find wiring diagrams for our family of Safety Interlock Outlet and Disconnect products, all designed to offer an added layer of safety for powered applications of various kinds.

1. Safety Interlock Outlet w/Blade Limit Switch

Most commonly used for powered vanity drawer or appliance pullout drawer applications, the Safety Interlock Outlet with Blade Limit Switch is designed for use with our Blade Series in-drawer outlets. The switch detects the drawer position and de-energizes the in-drawer outlet and all connected devices when the drawer is closed. Use this product as an added layer of safety when connecting heat-generating styling tools or small appliances inside the drawer or to satisfy the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code for AC outlets within the cabinet.
